This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest.
Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinе, extra services, etc.
A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out.
A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc.
This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment.

Apartament spatios, cu loc de parcare asigurat. Zona foarte bună, aproape de centru. Gazda primitoare, ne-a răspuns prompt si ne-a ajutat in cel mai scurt timp atunci cand ne-am uitat cheile in apartament :) Mulțumim!

Wonderful apartment with the great yard in front of it. Evrything is new and modern. Very comfotable bed.
We had everything we need.

Totul. Apartamentul foarte frumos, curat, foarte bine întreținut, aproape de magazine și bine conectat, statia de autobuz aproape. Gradina minunata. Totul a fost perfect. Cu siguranță o sa mai revenim.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is on the first floor and has a private terrace, which is super convenient. There’s also private parking, which is a lifesaver since finding a spot in Sofia can be a nightmare. The place is really quiet, and both the apartment and the whole campus building are new. It takes about 20 minutes by car to get to the main attractions in the city, mostly because of traffic. The host is super friendly and helpful, highly recommended!

Mükemmel bir daire, 1+1 formatında. herşey çok yeni ve güzel dekore edilmiş. Kapıdan bahçeye çıkabiliyorsunuz bu da harika bir olanak. Ayrıca Aracınızı hemen bahçenin yanına park edebiliyorsunuz. Kameralı ve tesise özel otoparkı var. Konum olarak öğrenci bölgesinde, 94 numaralı otobüsle 0.80 euroya şehir merkezine gidebiliyorsunuz.
