This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest.
Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinŠµ, extra services, etc.
A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out.
A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc.
This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment.

Very nice and well kept place. Perfect location as we wanted to go out and it was a 6 minute walk to all the clubs in studenski. Drago was also very responsive and polite. Overall a great stay, would definitely book again in the future.
