House rules
This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest.
Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinŠµ, extra services, etc.
A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out.
A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc.
This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment.

As always, staying in Drago's place was perfect. Now we were traveling with both kids and he provided another bed in order to feel more comfortable.

Great apartments!
Stylish, new and very comfortable! Parking space on the complex grounds, in modern Sofia this is a salvation for those who travel by car. Drago is a very responsive and attentive owner, ready to answer any of your questions. I recommend 1000%.
