House Rules
This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest.
Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinе, extra services, etc.
A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out.
A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc.
This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy. Everything very modern, and you had everything you need for a short or long stay. Very very useful that you can book a parking place which made our stay very easy.
Drago is an excellent host, answers quick and helps in everything you need.
We highly recommend this place and for sure we will stay again with Drago as host.

Sofya’da bir günlüğüne kaldığımız bu ev gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Bahçesi geniş ve çok güzel düzenlenmiş, ferah bir ortam sağlıyor. Klima gayet iyi çalışıyor, evin her köşesi serin ve rahattı. Otoparkın olması da büyük avantaj, arabayı güvenle bırakabildik. Temiz, sakin ve dinlenmek için ideal bir yerdi. Kısa süre kalmamıza rağmen çok memnun kaldık, kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.
