House rules

This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest. Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinе, extra services, etc. A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out. A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc. This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment.

Wonderful top floor apartment, with a huge terrace and breathtaking mountain view. Have everything you need for a perfect stay short/long term. The free parking space is a huge plus. Highly recommended for all type of travellers.

I stayed in this apartment for one night and everything was fine. The place was clean and warm, the bed was comfortable, and the view was nice. I would recommend it.
