House Rules

This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest. Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinе, extra services, etc. A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out. A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc. This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment.

Parking is free on the street. Parking in the inner yard is possible. Please contact us for a reservation. The apartment is located on the 8ht floor of the building, there are three elevators for easy access.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained, with a beautiful panoramic view from the balcony. The location is excellent, easy access in and out of Sofia by car, and close to metro and bus stops, making it convenient to reach the city center.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Sofia. It was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Since we were traveling with two small babies, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hosts had provided two baby cribs complete with bedding and baby towels, even though we hadn’t specifically requested them. That thoughtful gesture truly deserves special praise. The apartment is new, very spacious, and spotlessly clean. All compliments to the hosts — we highly recommend this place to others and would be more than happy to stay here again.
