House Rules
This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest.
Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 11:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinе, extra services, etc.
A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out.
A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc.
This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. 100 leva fee will be charged in case of violation of this rule.
The capacity is 4 guests. 50 leva extra fee per person will be charged for unauthorized guests above the capacity.

Mükemmel!
Öncelikle kaldığım en temiz airbnb eviydi. İçeri girer girmez hoş kokularla karşılandık. Yatak, havlu, mutfak ve banyo son derece temizdi. Herkes temizledik diyor ama bir koku ister istemez vardı kaldığımız bir çok evde. Ama burda sıfır sıkıntı sıfır koku. Kendi evimiz gibi hissettik. Kapalı garajın olması bizim ekstra önemsediğimiz bir şey. Ev sahibi ile iletişimimiz çok iyiydi. Sofya’ya tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle orda kalırız.

The place is great, in a quiet neighborhood, there is a big supermarket 5-10 minutes walking distance, the big plus is the underground parking spot for us, so we don't have to look around where to park :)
The apartment was clean and tidy, I like the minimalistic aproach and the kitchen had all the basic utensils you could need. Overall, the host is very responsive and gave us all the instructions for a flexible chech-in, we definitely see us coming back!
