Secure on-site paid parking is available at an additional pay of 15 leva per night. Reservation is needed. Please contact me in advance. A third person can sleep in the studio. In such cases I provide a retractable bed with dimensions 200 cm x 80 cm

House rules

This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest. Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinе, extra services, etc. A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out. A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc. This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment.

Guest access

My guests have unrestricted access to the whole apartment and all amenities without any restrictions. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, there are three elevators.
