House Rules

This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest. Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinе, extra services, etc. A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out. A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc. This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment.

My guests have unrestricted access to the whole apartment and all amenities without any restrictions. The apartment is located on the seventh floor of the building, there are three elevators for easy access.

We stayed in the apartment for two nights and were very satisfied with our stay. The place was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit.Communication with the host was excellent, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place for a short or longer stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Drago’s place. The apartment was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. The area was quiet but still close to everything we needed. Communication was smooth and check-in was effortless. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
