House rules

This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest. Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinе, extra services, etc. A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out. A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc. This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at this bright and spotless studio at My Campus. The location is perfect, with great supermarkets nearby and easy parking, even outside the complex. The apartment was immaculately clean - the towels were fluffy and perfectly white, the bed sheets soft and fresh, and every corner of the place was sparkling. I especially loved the small balcony overlooking a green, peaceful area where birds were singing - such a relaxing view and fresh air. Drago, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and I’m definitely coming back!
