This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 Euro fine will be charged to the guest. Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 Euro late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon).
