House rules

This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest. Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinе, extra services, etc. A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out. A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc. This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment.

The apartment was very clean, big and cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, the included parking space helped out a lot, the building was very modern and nice! Drago (host) was very helpful!

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. everything was spotless and the balconies view were amazing. there are so many restaurants nearby within a 5 minute walk. and airport was only a 16 minute taxi away. Thanks for allowing us to stay Drago.
