This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest. Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinе, extra services, etc. A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out. A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc. This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed. 200 leva fee will be charged in case of violation of this rule. The capacity is 4 guests. 50 leva extra fee per person will be charged for unauthorized guests above the capacity.
